The general process looks something like this. I listen to you to see how far a long you are, listen to your timeline and goals, and then explain what the next steps are. One of the vary first steps will be connecting you with one of my trusted lenders. It is free and no obligation to talk to them, but I have you do this so we can make sure you will be in a strong position to buy once you are ready to do so. If you are a first time home buyer, we also can get a feel if you will qualify for any of the first time home buyer grant programs such as the CDA $5,000 down payment program.

I could tell you it is because of the map features, the fact that there is a great mobile phone and tablet friendly version, or just because the status are accurate unlike many of the bigger searches like Zillow, Redfin, or Realtor.com but really at the end of the day, it is just because of how powerful but yet still easy to use it is.
