Although you can change the listing order by price, the real power of the site comes from becoming a VIP member. By becoming a VIP member you can create your own custom search for criteria such as price, bedrooms, style, area (city, subdivision, zip code) and then have any properties that come on the market in this range automatically emailed to you. If you just wondering about the overall properties that are available in this Great Maryland area then this page should do the trick. Another neat feature of this page is the “property comparison” button. In order to take advantage of this, just check mark at least two properties and then click on the “property comparison button at the top. That’s it.

Just a word on doing a search. If you are thinking of buying a home and you have not already consulted a friendly realtor (like us ) and or a qualified reputable lender then you want to contact us. Here is the deal, the majority of people now days do a search online to find a home, which is great and is the reasons we have built this part of the website for people just like you. Now even if you may be a year out, its never to early to talk to us and a local lender. Before you start spending to much time looking at houses online, its a good idea to have an idea on what you can afford. You may have an idea on where your comfortable payments are, but you also want to know what your maximum loan can be for as well as how much money you will need to go through the process. These numbers have to make sense, if they do not, then it is a waste of time to look at the houses online.

Another important aspect in getting a qualified lender to review your credit and pre approve you is because you may have to take care of a few things that you may not know about on your credit report. I am sure once, your ready to buy a home, that you would rather know that 1) you can afford the home that you found and 2) that you do not have to wait to take care of a few things and risk losing the house to someone else why you take care of those items.
